He's a cushion! :D I forget the year, but I believe he's from 2005, and was made alongside Pikachu, Bonsly, and Mew (stars from the Lucario movie - there could also be a weavile or mime jr. going by other movie goods, but I haven't seen them... yet!).
and thanks! :DDD I spotted him ages ago in a random lot on y!j, but got discouraged in bidding since someone on the comm decided to GA it... long story short, they forgot to even bid, and I lost the auction for far too low of a price against a Japanese bidder, simply because I didn't want to fight community members for it ;___;
