soooo early this morning I woke up to hover over two clearfile auctions, and a winner is me 8D
I got what I'm pretty sure is the larger version of my mini DP pokedoll clearfile, plus the 2008-2009 Halloween clearfiles, and a whole bunch of others ♥ I seriously love the art on clearfiles - kind of an extension of my love for pencilboards. so, without further blah, the gets!

the only ones I think I'll keep are the pokedolls, 2008 Halloween, Pikachu Festival (there's a ponyta in the background!), the Domino's clearfile, and maybe the Dragon Trio + Arceus and that new Pikachu promo one ♥ such pretty art x3

unfortunately, unless the shipping is ninja fast and Crescent is equally ninja fast on packaging, I won't get these until after their grand re-opening :c

me and some friends are going to be cosplaying as anbu for an upcoming con/Halloween, and I'm making our vests and gloves :3

going by that as a ref, but I'm probably going to add an invisible zipper on the side since the material I'm using is not stretchy, and would be kind of awkward to pull on over your head or pull up your body XD; if I were more daring/had more time, I'd probably do something cooler, like a corset for us girls, but I'm already taking on crazy enough shit by attempting light-up gloves (going to wire in some LEDs to the palms, so when the lights are on we'll have ninjutsu!).

also I just totally geeked out on one of my facebook friends XD she was watching LotR for the first time and didn't get Gandalf the Grey versus Gandalf the White, which is pretty understandable, given the movies don't really give all the necessary information. I still want to see a Saruman of Many Colors that doesn't look like an acid trip.

also today, Avatar Special Edition in IMAX 3D \o/ ♥ I got such a bad headache/motion sickness, but it was totally worth it (orz yes, I get motion sick in movie theaters). I spent some time working on my IV breeding with Smeargle, which is probably only taking so long because I'm very slow at checking the IVs .__.; bleh.

my current favorite drink is a Venti Iced Americano, with 3 pumps of White Mocha and Toffee Nut and a little milk (it depends on the day whether I go for Nonfat or Whole). pretty much nothing like my usual peppermint mocha americano, which is A+ with an extra shot or two if I want to OD on caffeine.
