has anyone had problems with payments on Paypal Mobile? :x I have two payments from my sales post that display as:

"Seller Protection

Not Eligible

Transactions without a shipping address aren't eligible for seller protection. We recommend that you contact xxxxxxxx to make sure this payment was authorized. For more information, see our tips to sell securely.
We have no shipping address on file."

both users have their addresses registered on Paypal (I asked), so I don't know why I got that message and had to have them to send me their addresses.

This always always always happens to me when someone uses PayPal mobile app. Usually Im more annoyed that I have to track them down and get an address , so Ive never noticed that there is no seller protection.. maybe I should add a rule ot my sales that payments via that mobile crap wont be accepted @___@

I sent in an email to Paypal support on it, so maybe they can shed some light on why this is happening or if it's in line to be fixed x__x I really don't like not having the seller protection, and not being able to print postage directly from Paypal (it makes post office runs so easy!). If it's not going to be fixed/changed, I'll probably add in to my sales rules that I won't accept mobile payments.
